Hygiene Audit Systems Team Building - Padstow 2010
The team at Hygiene Audit Systems are recently back from a team building trip in Padstow.
We all had a fantastic time and the weather was particularly kind to us although those battling the strong winds on the Camel cycle trail may not all agree! In typical Hygiene Audit Systems style, the weekend was packed with activities and challenges.
Teams were charged with cooking one course each for an evening meal using only fresh produce from the local farm shop. With only 15 minutes to decide what we were going to cook and to buy the ingredients Lisa set us a hard task! In ‘Come Dine with Me’ style each course was given a score and on this occasion it was the starter of ‘Padchetta (a Padstow take on bruschetta!) that won the day!
But Padstow wasn’t all play and we spent a lot of our time looking at our company and what we can do to improve for both the team and our clients. It is now time to reflect on our discussions and implement some of the changes that we hope will result in an even more dynamic and efficient company.

The fresh air and beautiful scenery of Padstow certainly provided a stunning backdrop for our team building weekend and seemed to fuel many interesting ideas in our team.
